Fro-Yo Pops


The newest "thing" at the Hacienda del Hosta--instead of putting the fro-yo into our ice cream maker, I spooned it into our rocket ship popsicle molds to make fro-yo pops.

I used about 2 cups of blueberries to 1 cup greek yogurt, with a good lug of honey for sweetness.  The result was still fairly tart, but cool and refreshing, which is what's really important this time of year.  

And the lady chickens--who get plenty warm in the heat of the afternoons--approved mightily of the leftovers!
