  • --a few chopped handfuls of whatever green leafy stuff you have on hand (arugula, spinach or similar)
  • --chopped green onions
  • --chopped green olives (the olive counter kind, not the ones in a jar)
  • --a few mushed cloves of roasted garlic
  • --some yummy shreded cheese

. . . and you've got Spring Green Pasta that really is green and really is good.
