I've started another sweater project.
Once I learned how easy it is to use duplicate stitch to make pictures on finished knits, I started seeing places to use it for everything. And by "everything", I really mean, "baby knits".
I currently have plans to knit three "nerd baby" sweaters, thus called because all will feature some element of a nerdy fandom on the front. And I'm using the Tin Can Knits "Flax" pattern as a base; it's amazingly well put together.
This one, of course, is the Star Wars version, made for my newest baby cousin. I had a little trouble getting the stitches even in this worsted weight yarn, but I think the end result is still cute. And I've got (at least) two more sweaters to practice.
Ravelry info is here for those of you so inclined! :)
