I am becoming--as Heidi Klum would have said in her gorgeous accent back in her "Project Runway" days--a one note. Lately every time someone tells me my new dress is cute or that the children are looking especially darling, my answer is the same, "ThredUp!"
If you haven't heard of it, ThredUp is like an online thrift store. You send them bags of your old, gently used clothes, and they give you cash or credit to spend on gently used clothes sent in by others.
But unlike a real-life thrift store, you can search by size, color, flaws, etc. And they only accept really good stuff to begin with (Tea and Mini-Boden, anyone?), so there's just a lot less to wade through. And they have a handy i-phone app--because who has time for the store, right? Right!
I did most of my "back-to-school" shopping while rocking Little Miss to sleep at night last week. DIvine multi-tasking!
Should you still have back-to-school/fall clothing needs for yourself or your kiddos, I highly recommend!
[The links in this post are referral links, which means that if you use them we both get a $20 ThredUp credit. Awesome sauce, yes?]
