I have been on hold so many, many minutes of my life lately. Every time I think the fire's been put out, a new spark takes hold. It's all of the bureaucrats, all of the time.
Sometime last week, as a way to pass the time, I scrolled out "Lurve you" on a piece of notebook paper, took a picture of it, and texted it to Sweet Husband.
And, thus, a new hobby was born.
I think I like it because it reminds me of when--way, way back in the dark ages before rampant texting--Sweet Husband and I would leave notes for each other.
Also, it's good practice with the hand lettering thing and the taking pictures of things, um, thing.
Does anyone else send their dear ones notes in this fashion? (Or in some other cool fashion?) And, as a matter of keen interest, what do you do to pass the time when you're on hold?
[And here are a few more, if you're interested. Feel free to snatch 'em, and text your own loved ones if you'd like.]
