I was watching the news last night when I saw this story, about Mona "the Hammer" Shaw, a little old lady who--when presented with horrible customer service from her phone company--grabbed the aforementioned tool, took it to the phone company's office, and began smashing office equipment.
While I don't know that I can condone such behavior, I have to think about what it must really have taken to get this woman--who has probably hardly had so much as a speeding ticket--to this point.
