He made me promise not to cheer at least five times as we drove to the soccer field. No clapping allowed and no saying "yay!".
I kept my word, but I never promised not to giggle. Which is good because tiny soccer is hilarious-ness.
They don't even play a game, per se, just a bunch of fun drills--think "red light/green light" with soccer balls--but between the wild kicks and the drifting off and the dramatic falling down...I die. With laughter.
But, I swear, I'll refrain from cheering.
