Bacon Stuffed Waffles

Because, in the words of the ever-so-hip Vincent Vega (a.k.a. John Travolta in Pulp Fiction), "Bacon tastes gooood."  And, in the words of me, "Sweet-and-salty...mmmmm...."  

Easy peasy too.  First, make some bacon.  Second, make some waffle batter in whatever way seems best to you (I used Dear Alton's recipe).  Pour the batter in your waffle iron in the normal amount, and lay a few strips of bacon on top before you close the lid.  

*Presto-change-o!*  

When you open the lid, you will have a bacon stuffed waffle.  Top with eggs, syrup, or both!
